The Klopfer Kinnear Group specializes in the representation and consultation of both buyers and sellers of multifamily assets. Before founding this Group, William Klopfer Jr. and Derek Kinnear were both Senior Associates at a nationally ranked real estate investment firm.
During their tenure there, they realized the need for a more agile and responsive business model that would also provide the personalized brokerage experience needed to better meet the needs of their clients.
Along with this customized approach, they wanted to provide the same comprehensive national database of qualified buyers and marketing exposure that a large brokerage firm would offer. But, unlike many of the national brokerage firms, it was important that they create an environment of teamwork, where all members work toward the same goal-satisfying the needs of their clients first!
